Conrad council approves first reading of UTV ordinance

During a brief special meeting on Thursday afternoon, the Conrad city council unanimously approved the first reading of an ordinance that will allow utility task force vehicles (UTVs) within city limits.
The city itself recently purchased one of the vehicles for public works, and councilman Brad Murty said that it was time to craft an ordinance applicable to all residents.
