Conrad council grants extension on fire station punch list

Despite obvious frustrations with the process, the Conrad city council voted to grant Brycon Construction an extension until June on punch list items at the new fire station during last Thursday night’s regular meeting.
           
Mayor Jeff Martin told Derek Johnson of the IS Group that he was feeling “a little bit of heartache” about the situation, which has seen little progress since substantial completion was declared in February of 2017. The punch list was never finished, and in addition, deficiencies in painting, driveway and concrete pavement have been detected.
