GC School Foundation awards $14,000 in grants

GRUNDY CENTER – Each year since it was established in 1991, the Grundy Center Community School District Foundation holds a fundraising campaign to award grant money for classroom projects that would not normally be available in the regular school budget.
This year, as a result of the generous contributions by parents, alumni, friends and businesses during the Foundation’s annual fundraising campaign, Foundation trustees were able to award 13 grants totaling $14,072.47 to faculty members for the 2017-2018 school year.
