Harms charged with probation violation

A Wellsburg man was arrested yet again on Friday and charged with violating the terms of his probation.
Darwin Harms, age 57, is currently serving a 10-year sentence at the Waterloo Residential Correctional Facility on a felony arson conviction, where he faced a probation violation charge in February after allegedly stealing sunglasses.
