Adrienne Jean Choate, 38, of Wellsburg passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 2, 2015, in Illinois. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 22 at 10 a.m. at the Steamboat Rock Cemetery. Inurnment will follow the service at the cemetery.  Memorials may be directed to the family. Adrienne was born on March 18, 1977, in Sioux City, the daughter of Richard and Linda (Sharp) Fox. In 1982, Adrienne and her family moved to Stanton, Nebraska where she attended school and later moved to Clear Lake, South Dakota where she graduated from Deuel High School with the class of 1996.
