Annette Eileen O’Kones, 92, of West Union, formerly of Wellsburg, passed away May 28, 2014, at the Good Samaritan Society Nursing Home in West Union. A funeral service was held on June 2 at the Wellsburg Reformed Church. Burial followed the funeral service at the church cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family.
