GRUNDY CENTER - Barbara Ann Noel Tuggle, passed away at Piedmont Athens Regional

Hospital at 11:03 PM, Thursday March 20, 2025. 

Funeral services were March 24 at Lord & Stephens Funeral Homes, East, Athens, Georgia and also graveside at the Athens Memory Garden.

Barbara was born March 29, 1941 in Grundy Center. She was the only child of Joe and Flora Grimmius Noel. She attended and graduated from Grundy Center High School with the class of 1959. She was an active young adult in the community as a member of 4-H, school, chorus, band and cheerleading.

She is survived by husband, Bennie; and a mother of Mitchell of Athens, Georgia, Michael of Arnoldsville, Georgia and a Mother of Matthew and his, wife Sheryl of Watkinsville, Georgia. She is also survived by grandchildren Kiera, Katie, Anna and Joe and great grandchild, Layla.
