Borcherding named one of Iowa’s 100 Great Nurses

    GRUNDY CENTER -- Each year 100 Great Iowa Nurses are honored at a ceremony, created for the state of Iowa, by nurse and community leaders.   This award recognizes nurses for making a meaningful and lasting contribution to humanity and our profession. This Great Nurse is also viewed as a mentor to others and exemplifies all of the principles on which the 100 Great Iowa Nurses celebration was founded.
    This year, Grundy County Memorial Hospital (GCMH) is proud to announce that one of its own, telehealth nurse Theresa Borcherding, is a recipient of this prestigious award for 2014.
