Dance marathon raises funds for U of I Children’s Hospital

Grundy Center Community Schools recently had a Dance Marathon to raise money for the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital. Through donations raised by students alone, the school raised $3,063.49. Further donations are expected from business and community sponsors collected by Spartan Senators through this Thursday morning. Elementary school students enjoyed participating in the Dance Marathon earlier in the week. (Photo from Facebook)
