Dance team prepares for State competition

Grundy Center dance team members have been working in preparation for the upcoming 2015 Iowa State Dance/Drill Team Championship Thursday, Dec. 4 in Des Moines. They compete in Class IV Pom at 10:25 a.m., HyVee Hall; in Small School Prop at 3:52 p.m., HyVee Hall; and in Small School Military at 8:09 p.m., Wells Fargo Arena. A sendoff to state will be held Monday, Dec. 1 at halftime of the boys’ basketball halftime and at a free preview showcase of all three routines will be Tuesday, Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. in the high school gym.
