Ella “Edie” McNamara, 56, of Waterloo, formerly of Grundy Center, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on May 30, 2014, at her daughter’s home in Grundy Center while under the care of Cedar Valley Hospice. A gathering of friends and family was held June 3 at the Engelkes-Abels Funeral Home in Grundy Center. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family, 16 5th St. NW, Oelwein, Iowa 50662.
