James joins Grundy Register staff as marketing representative

Family comes first for Rhonda James, and it’s the reason she’s made her home in Grundy Center since 2010.
           
“When it was time for me to change hats, I wanted to stay local. I wanted to stay in Grundy Center,” she said.
           
Last week, James joined the staff of The Grundy Register as a marketing and sales representative, and she looks forward to connecting with local businesses to help them meet all of their advertising needs. She has previous experience in advertising sales working for Iowa-based Arthur L. Davis Publishing, which distributes nursing periodicals, and she spent eight years as the property manager at the Pheasant Hollow Apartments in Grundy Center. In 2018, she began managing Pheasant Run in Iowa Falls in addition to Pheasant Hollow.
           
“After taking a much needed break, I decided that it was important to kind of focus on what I enjoy and love doing,” she said. “I love community, and I enjoy marketing and sales.”
