Joann Billee (Groote) Aukes, of Waukee died July 9, 2014, at her home in Waukee. Funeral services were Monday, July 28, at Faith Lutheran Church, in Adel, with interment at Pleasant Valley United Methodist Cemetery northeast of Wellsburg. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the church. Memorials may be directed to Faith Lutheran Church in Adel.  Online condolences may be left at mccalleyfuneralhome.com.
