Light up the night: Main Street Mingle/Festival of Trees offers holiday fun for all

Get ready for a holly, jolly good time as Grundy Center comes to life with the spirit of Christmas next weekend.
 
Main Street Grundy Center and the Grundy Center Chamber of Commerce have teamed up to bring a festive and fun event to the community - the Main Street Mingle/Festival of Trees - which will be held on Saturday, November 24 in downtown Grundy Center.
 
The new event combines the tried-and-true favorites of “Festival of Trees” with new activities and events to create one fantastic day of festive fun in downtown Grundy Center.The theme for this year's Festival of Trees is "Light Up the Night.” Participants are welcome to enter a tree, wreath, or door to participate in this year's Festival.  
 
In past years, all the entries were displayed in one location. This year, trees/wreaths/doors will be displayed in downtown storefront windows, and there is no fee for businesses to participate.
