Tank Anthony Band to perform at downtown concert series

GRUNDY CENTER - To kick off the summer “Rock Around the Clock Tower” car show and concert series in downtown Grundy Center, Iowa Falls-based country music group - The Tank Anthony Band - will be performing on the courthouse lawn this Thursday, June 20.
 
The Tank Anthony band is a two person group made up of Tank Anthony and DJ Fisher, who  produce country music with a soulful sound. The group has played shows across Iowa - in small towns and big cities.
 
Lead vocalist Tank Anthony is a Texas native who moved to Iowa Falls to pursue music. After Spending almost nine years in the United States Marines and four years in the United States Army, with five Combat tours under his belt, Tank has embraced his new journey as a country music singer and songwriter.
 
Lead guitarist DJ Fisher is an Iowa native raised in Hardin County. DJ picked up his first guitar at age 14 and immediately found his passion for making music, singing and songwriting. After teaming up with Tank Anthony in April 2018, Fisher has made his passion for performing and songwriting his day job.
 
The group is excited to kick off the Rock Around the Clock Tower car show and concert series in Grundy Center this week.
