G-R girls even record with pair of wins
REINBECK — The holiday break appears to have served the Gladbrook-Reinbeck girls’ basketball team well. Friday and Saturday the Rebels opened the post-holiday portion of their schedule with back-to-back non-divisional victories, 55-47 over Denver and 55-42 over Don Bosco.
The wins even G-R’s record at 4-4 as they headed into Tuesday’s NICL West clash against rival Grundy Center. The Rebels return home Friday to play East Marshall.
