DIKE – The Dike-New Hartford Wolverines accumulated 418 yards of total offense on their way to a 35-0 homecoming win over Class 1A District 4 rival Clayton Ridge last Friday night.
“I thought our kids played very well,” Dike-New Hartford head coach Don Betts said. “I was proud of the effort and proud of how they were able to focus on the game during all the Homecoming festivities. We still have things we need to improve on, but we are getting better each week.”
Connor Neuroth led the Wolverine running game, going 122 yards in two carries, and sparking the home team’s scoring run with a 97-yard touchdown run in the opening quarter.
