Supervisors approve 2015 driveway policy
GRUNDY CENTER — The Grundy County Board of Supervisors Monday approved the 2015 driveway policy during a meeting that consisted of routine business.
The new policy is similar to the previous one, though costs of driveway construction have been updated. The maximum width of a driveway will be 60 feet, with driveways wider than that incurring an additional charge per foot of extension. The minimum entrance width allowed by the policy is 24 feet. Both size limitations are unchanged from previous years. The complete driveway policy is available under the engineer’s tab on the county Web site, www.grundycounty.org.
