Dike-New Hartford girls soccer had two first-team all-state representatives combined between all-state lists released by the Iowa High School Soccer Coaches Association (IAHSSCA) and Iowa Girls Coaches Association (IGCA) in the past week.

Camille Landphair, a sophomore, earned a first-team spot on the IAHSSCA list; Sophia Hoffmann, a junior, is a first-teamer on IGCA's list.

Landphair ended the season as the Class 1A leader in goals (46) and points (115) and was fourth in assists with 23. State-wide, she had the fifth-most goals and points of any Iowa girl. She was also a second-teamer on the IGCA all-state list.

Hoffmann led the state with 35 assists and added 28 goals this season for a point total of 91, the third-best in 1A behind Landphair and Treynor's Clara Teigland.

Class 1A second-teamers included GCGR's Lyndi Bowen and Reece Gordon.

Bowen, a senior, was a key defender for the Rebels. Gordon was one of the premier attackers for GCGR, scoring nine goals with five assists on 51 shots on goal.

Academic all-state honors went to D-NH's Jayne Eilderts and Paula Gonzalez and GCGR's Jacque Kuester. Athletes on this list must be seniors with a GPA of at least 3.85.

ALL-DISTRICT: The IGCA also released all-district girls soccer teams, with several area honorees.

In the 1A Northeast District, GCGR's Reece Gordon and Lyndi Bowen were all-district first teamers, along with D-NH's Sophia Hoffmann.

Northeast second-teamers included Camille Landphair and Miranda Tyler of D-NH and Jacque Kuester and Makenzie Martens of GCGR.
