Ines Ann Peters

Ines Ann Peters, 92, died on November 23, 2023 Thanksgiving morning at the Grandview Heights Rehab and Healthcare in Marshalltown.

There will not be a formal funeral service. A private interment and graveside service will be held at a currently unspecified date and time.

Ines was born November 26, 1930 to Henry and Tillie Bockes. She attended country school and graduated from Grundy Center High School. On January 20, 1949 she married Marlyn Peters. The couple had two children, Alan and Lori, and spent the years farming in the Grundy Center, Morrison and Conrad area before retiring to the city of Grundy Center.

Ines was preceded in death by her husband, Marlyn, her son, Alan, her parents and two sisters.

Left to celebrate her life is her daughter, Lori, five grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
