BCLUW welcomes seven new teachers to staff

With a host of departures come a host of new faces within the BCLUW community school district this fall, as seven new teachers and certified staff members are coming onboard.
           
Of the seven—Kyle Fank, Jen Frank, Mekayla Reints, Danielle Fortsch, Megan Bowden, Jodi Hinegardner and Landon Schrage—most have roots in the extended area stretching north to Waterloo-Cedar Falls, and all but two, Hinegardner and Frank, are first time teachers.
           
Hinegardner comes to her new health and special education position from East Marshall, and Frank taught at South Tama before moving to California 15 years ago. She returned to the area with her husband Jeff about a year ago and will teach preschool.
