Cedar Valley Hospice Quilt-A-Thon to be held April 12

GRUNDY CENTER – The 15th Annual Cedar Valley Hospice Quiltathon will be held Saturday, April 12 at the Dike Legion Hall. Doors will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for this event with drawings for door prizes and a potluck lunch. All quilts made will be given to Cedar Valley Hospice patients. All volunteers are welcome, no experience required!
Anyone may sponsor a quilt in memory or in honor of a loved one for $25. For sponsorship information or to volunteer, call Laurie McCallum at (319) 290-4261, mccallum99@cfu.net or call the Cedar Valley Hospice office in Grundy Center at (319) 824-3868.
Cedar Valley Hospice is a not-for-profit, multi-service agency, providing comprehensive palliative and end-of-life care to terminally ill individuals, support for patients’ families, and services to those who grieve.
