Dike-New Hartford's Cade Fuller earned second-team recognition on the Class 2A all-state team, as chosen by the Iowa Print Sports Writers Association in teams released this Tuesday.

Fuller was the leading scorer on the state-qualifying D-NH team, averaging 15.3 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.0 assists and swiping 33 steals in 23 games with the Wolverines. Fuller was a first-team NICL East selection. The Wolverines ended their season in the state quarterfinals against Van Meter.

Bettendorf's D.J. Carton and North Linn's Jake Hilmer were named Co-Mr. Basketball. This marks the first time since 1999 that two players shared Mr. Basketball honors – Sioux City West's Kirk Hinrich and Iowa Falls' Nick Collison shared the award that year.
