Jennifer L. Dittmer, 46, of Ackley died October 24, 2015, at the Hansen Family Hospital in Iowa Falls. Memorial services for Jen were held October 31 at the First Baptist Church in Grundy Center with Pastor Nathan Barkley officiating.  Visitation was held one hour prior to her memorial service at the church on Saturday.  Burial will be held at a later date.  Online condolences may be made to the Dittmer family at www.abelsfuneralhomes.com.
