Wellsburg Daze hits its full stride Monday with the crowning of Little Miss and Little Mister Wellsburg as well as Miss Wellsburg during a ceremony at the City Park Band Shell. Little Mister Carver Brown is pictured with Miss Wellsburg, Madison Deters and Little Miss Hannah Bakker Deters will receive a cash scholarship and was featured as Grand Marshall in the Wellsburg Daze parade Tuesday evening.
