DIKE – The Dike City Council passed the third and final reading of an ordinance adjusting rules for use of downtown sidewalks during its regular meeting April 18.
GRUNDY COUNTY – Grundy County will see an influx on bicycle riders and related vehicles this summer as the Register’s Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa, better known as RAGBRAI, passes through the county on a route between overnight stops in Marshalltown and Independence.
GRUNDY CENTER – More than 70 area law enforcement personnel and first responders came out to honor one of their own on the fifth anniversary of his line of duty death last Thursday at the Grundy County Sheriff’s office.
